These are two separate sets but definitely go combine, so I thought they should hang out as one easy to find compilation! LEGO Friends Heartlake City Hospital 42621and Heartlake City Ambulance 42613 have a heap going on – it’s a vibrant bustling community. The maternity ward has just welcomed a new set of twins, Autumn is being fitted with a prosthetic arm and a toddler has come off his skateboard (again) lucky there’s an ambulance nearby!
